To see the results of your Rating Scale or Yes/No question:
- Go into the dashboard and click on your finished question.
- View the average rating that your team has provided. If you set the question to recur multiple times you'll begin to see a trend line of how well you're doing the more times you ask that question.
- If you uploaded a team (see How can I setup a team in POPin and what's the benefit?), you'll also be able to view the average scores by the various attributes that you provided. If you noticed that one score in one region is really low, you can ask that specific group the question: “What would it take to get us to a 5?”. Those answers will tell you exactly what you have to do to improve so the next time you run the pulse question, you'll be able to see it increase.
- Scroll to bottom the see all the prioritized comments from the pulse question so you can have a better understanding of why you are receiving a certain score. Those comments should tell you exactly what you have to do to improve your score the next time the pulse occurs.
