To use POPin with understanding engagement scores, you’ll need to use two questions:
1. The first question is help find solutions to a low engagement score.
“If you can suggest one thing to improve our X, what would it be?”
"X" can be anything you're looking to improve, like communication etc. The results of this question will tell you exactly what you have to do to improve it.
2. The second question you’ll need to run is a recurring pulse so you can measure the impact of the changes you are making to increase your engagement scores.
"On a scale of 1-5, how would you rate the effectiveness of our X?"
Over time, you'll be able to see whether or not you're moving in the right direction towards improving whatever areas you are targeting.
