What are Administrative Account Owners?
Every organization that uses POPin has an Administrative Account Owner – this user has access to some configurations of the organization’s account and controls for that account. In many cases, the user that creates the account through the POPin website will be named as the Administrative Account Owner
Am I the Administrative Account Owner for my organization?
If you are the current Administrative Account Owner for your workplace, you will see an exclusive ‘Admin Settings’ option upon logging into your POPin account and clicking on your profile in the upper right-hand corner of the window.
What permissions do I have as a Administrative Account Owner?
As an Administrative Account Owner you will be able to edit your organization’s name and choose between the short share link and long link modality. By default, all organization’s will receive short share links. If your organization security configurations do not allow for short link sharing, you can
As an Administrative Account Owner, you will be able to view your Tenant ID and your organization’s domain name(s). If your organization needs to add domains to your Organization's POPin Account (in the event of an acquisition, etc.) you may do so by contacting email@example.com
As an Administrative Account Owner, you will be able to request enabling SSO for your organization. If you make the request, you will be contacted by a member of our development team to set up the SSO integration.

Can I be the Administrative Account Owner on two or more organizations?
No, you can only be the Administrative Account Owner of one organization at this time.
Can my organization have more than one Administrative Account Owner?
No, an organization can only have one Administrative Account Owner at this time.
How can I transfer and/or relinquish my Administrative Account Owner role?
If you cannot or do not want to maintain the responsibilities as the Administrative Account Owner in your organization, you can transfer ownership of Administrative Account Owner to another user in your organization by visiting your Admin Settings configurations.
